Kraken Rum
A black molasses based rum holding 11 spices to ransom in this Victorian styled bottles. Named after a mythical sea monster which lived off the coast of Scandinavia. Trinidad has taken this tale and bottled it, to reveal the true meaning of monster!

Dead Man’s Fingers
Inspired by local flavours from st Ives Cornwall and saffron cake and spiced fruit. The name derived from the gills on the crab, the fur like barbs on the side of the claws (poisonous). Folk law says if not removed you would be eating “Dead Man’s Fingers”

Captain Morgan
Blend of complex spices matured in American charred white oak bourbon barrels to give it its unique flavour.

OLD J Spiced Rum
Created by a sailor “Old Grog”, the ships Rum was so vile they could not drink it, so Grog mixed limes and sugar to this Caribbean bitter rum, making it a palatable drink! Vanilla Lime, spices & toffee cutting through this smooth vanilla and limey goodness.

Louis d’Or Brut
Yellow gold hints. This Effervescent Champagne is fruity with scents of apple and peach, elegant fresh and crisp notes.

Newcastle Gin Company
Newcastle Cities First Gin in 200 years! Using botanicals, Juniper, Surnac, Orange peel, Iranian Hibiscus, Rose petal, Coriander and 3 secret ingredients along with the cities own water.

Poetic licence – Old Tom
Never mind the Football Sunderland have their array of gins too. No sugars are used in the process the sweetness is produced by the licorice root its historically accurate floral oaky aromas, Indonesian Cubeb peppers and juniper while orange flavour is the pronounced head flavour.

Hepple Gin
Moving from the hustle of the city, we travel to a remote part of the moors in Northumberland, to a town called Hepple where this perfect Martini gin is made. Green apple Grapefruit and spicy juniper has underlying notes of Douglas Fir and fragrant blackcurrant

Hendricks
Moving dramatically across the border to Girvan in Ayershiere South West Scotland. Hendricks is infused with Bulgarian rosa damascena and specially selected cucumbers. Through a rare marriage of distillery it creates a smooth gin like no other

Tanqueray No10
Named after its stills of its origin. It’s a small batch #Gin crafted using fish citrus fruit, an exquisite citrus burst in every sip.

Arbour Premium
Agnes/Arbour a botanist philosopher and publicist. This Gin was dedicated to her and fittingly includes a garden of 9 botanicals; including angelica cassia, coriander, grapefruit, iris, juniper, liquorice and orange.

Arbour Rhubarb
A delightful twist on our conveyance of nine pot stilled botanicals of Arbour this base is infused with Rhubarb creating a balanced array of skilfully selected flavours.

Gin Mare
Sailing across to the sun drenched Mediterranean a 13th century chapel located in a fishing village between costa Brava and Costa Dorada rosemary basil thyme orange and lemon create this tranquil gin with hints of the Mediterranean in every sip!

Empress 1908
The Journey continues to Sydney Australia. The Empress hotel serving high tea to the elite! This indigo Gin is authentic & naturally tinted with butterfly pea blossom, coriander rose grapefruit. The impossibly lush indigo blue holds a secret, just pour your mixer and watch the secret unfold!

White Wine

Waters Edge Sauvignon Blanc – Chile (VE)
A fresh, clean dry white with hints of citrus and gooseberry on the palate, and a crisp fruity finish.

Waters Edge Pinot Grigio – Moldova (VE)
Pale lemon colour with aromas of citrus fruits muted with subtle floral notes. Crisp and refreshing with citrus and green apple.

Nika Tiki Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc – New Zealand
Sommelier Wine Award Winner, Bronze winner. A wonderful crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, showing true and traditional citrus notes on the nose. Inviting fresh lemon/lime and tropical fruit flavours on the palate with a long lasting fruit finish.

Picpoul de Pinet Racine – France
One of the oldest Languedoc grapes, Picpoul has been growing near the Thau Lagoon for centuries. Splendid with seafood, shellfish and traditional Mediterranean dishes. Also pairs well with cheeses and chocolate.

Muscadet – France (VE)
Clean, fresh, fruity, dry white wine. The ideal complement to meat or fish.

Sancerre Domaine Daulny (VE)
Spoil yourself with this excellent Domaine Sancerre. Good nose and Intense fruit on the palette. Compliments all dishes.

Waters Edge Merlot – South Africa
An easy drinking red with lively cherry and blackberry flavours and hints of cocoa and violets.

The Brand Malbec – Chile (V)
Dark blackberry and cherry fruit with silky firm tannins. An explosion of fruit on the palate with hints of chocolate and spice.

Shiraz at its best this wine speaks for itself minimal intervention dark garnet colour with black cherry , blueberry & mixed spice. award winning Silver, wine show 2017.

Rose Wine

Niki Tiki “Sauvignon Blanc Rose” New Zealand
Hot off the press! Right on trend! The palette exudes fresh tropical Sauvignon Blanc flavours complimented by hints of berries red fruit punching a refreshing spice and acidity.

Provence Rose Racine – France
Pale pink in colour with complex floral aromas. A dry rosé with a spicy warmth to the fruit, lifted by refreshing acidity and a peachy edge. Notes of strawberry predominate with background notes of white pepper.
